Refund policy
Exchanges and returns
Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
If you have an issue with your order, or you are not fully satisfied, you can contact us and we will find a solution. Keep in mind, this must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. info.randomdiscgolf@gmail.com
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send us an email with your order confirmation within 30 days of product delivery, along with the required photo proof and we will help you find a solution.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used when making the initial order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
